Overall Dimentions: Length -1054 X Width – 980 X Height – 760 mm.

Knock down class room dual desk is specially designed for rugged use, all edges are fillet. The desks are made of pressed formed MS CRCA section & CRCA tube fitted with pre laminated particle board for top, seat & back with injection moulded PPCP edge.

Hanger for water bottle and bag. Space for keeping pen, pencil and scale.

Top – Injection moulded PPCP edge. Size :- 1054x450x18 mm thick particle board.

Seat – Injection moulded PPCP edge. Seat height :- 450 mm, Seat size :- 1054x304x18 mm thick particle board.

Back – Injection moulded PPCP edge. Back size :- 1054x154x18 mm thick particle board.

Shelf – 0.8 mm thick, CRCA sheet, bull nose front edge with stiffner of 1 mm thick CRCA for shelf.

Modesty – 0.8 mm thick, CRCA sheet and slot perforated for modesty.

Tie members – Horizontal tie members of 25x25x1.2 mm thick in CRCA pipe.

Footrest – Press formed CRCA section of 1.5 mm thickness for footrest.

Side frame – C – section press formed, 1 mm thick CRCA Sheet welded with 25x50x1.2 mm thick tube for side frame. Back rest pipe of Ø25 x 1.2 mm thick, top end rounded.

Cap & Levellers – All pipe caps are curved, PPCP material is used.

Finish – All steel components are epoxy powder coated followed by seven tanks anti corrosion treatment of surface.
